Invest in your relationship with yourself

Every one of us has incredible potential within us, which can help us lead meaningful and happy lives. However, we all face challenges that can feel overwhelming, leaving us unsure or disconnected. In these tough moments, having someone supportive can make a big difference—someone who can help us find the strengths and abilities we already have inside.

We at Soaring Resilience have come to truly value how powerful therapy can be in our lives. It creates a safe space where we can explore our thoughts and feelings, helping us understand ourselves and our relationships better. Our goal is to create a welcoming and safe space where you can openly share your experiences and grow. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and help you become a more confident version of yourself.

Our approach

In our sessions, we create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and open. Therapy must be a collaborative process guided by your goals. We are here to offer compassionate encouragement and structure as you work toward them. Whether seeking individual support or navigating life’s challenges with a loved one, we welcome you.

Our approach is inclusive and affirming of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. In our practice, we acknowledge the oppressive societal structures we all exist among and are dedicated to unlearning the ways that privilege may become present in the services we provide. We are deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care and have a history of working with survivors of sexual assault and interpersonal violence.

We prioritize creating a space where you feel valued and look forward to our time together. We encourage your feedback as we move through the therapeutic process to ensure it remains tailored to your evolving needs. Each session should feel supportive, welcoming, and sometimes even lighthearted. Healing is a journey that involves a balance of serious reflection and moments of joy. We are here to walk alongside you, bringing empathy, humor, and our own life experiences, ensuring you never feel alone as you navigate the challenges and delights in life.
